Saifuddin Ahmed (died September 27, 2010) was a Bangladeshi actor.[1] He acted in around 400 films and over a 100 TV plays.[1]

Career

Ahmed started his acting career through Mukh O Mukhosh, the first feature film in Bengali language produced in East Pakistan (now Bangladesh).[1]

Saifuddin Ahmed married to Sufia Ahmed on June 16, 1960. They have a son Saeed Ahmed.[1] and three daughters Farzana Ahmed (Shikha), Farzia Ahmed (Shimmi) and Farrukhi Ahmed (Shaji). Saeed Ahmed married to Khadiza Begum (Lipy) on March 08, 1991. They have two daughters namely Faiaz Sabiha Saeed (Sigma) and Fairuz Sababa Saeed (Adiba). Farzana Ahmed (Shikha) married to Md Munirul Islam (Munir)on August 14, 1985. They have one daughter and one son namely Faizah Islam (Faizah) and Mahin Islam (Andrew). They are staying at Madrid, Spain. Farzia Ahmed (Shimmi) married to Md. Khalequzzaman, PhD (UK) on October 24, 1997. They have one daughter and one son namely Tazrian Zaman (Tusti) and Tanzim Waquil Zaman(Tanjim). Farrukhi Ahmed (Shaji) married to Md. Aktaruzzaman (Shohel) on October 30, 2002. They have one son and one daughter namely Md. Shehran Zaman (Shehran) and Subha Zaman (Suha) respectively.
