Sacramento Area Music Awards

Sacramento Area Music Awards (SAMMIES) is an annual award ceremony first held in 1992. The event is sponsored and organized by the Sacramento News & Review. Winners of the SAMMIES include Cake (band), Deftones, Oleander (band) and others.[1]
