Sa'adat Abad (Persian: سعادت آباد) is a neighborhood located in northwestern Tehran. It's air quality has recently deteriorated, because it has become overcrowded and heavily congested with traffic. Saadat Abad is also close to the Evin district that houses the Evin Prison, which is the most famous prison in Iran.

The school consists of roughly two hundred students and is a registered IB (International Baccalaureate School). Property values in Sa'adat Abad are usually between 50 and 100 million Rials (IRR) per square meter.
