S.M. Culture & Contents (Korean: 에스엠컬처앤콘텐츠; S.M. C&C) is a South Korean entertainment agency, travel agency and television production company. It is a subsidiary of S.M. Entertainment.

History

Founded in July 1987 as Intercontinental Travel Co., Ltd. (Korean: 인터컨티넨탈여행사 Inteokeontinental Yeohaengsa), it merged with golf ball maker Volvik Inc. (Korean: ㈜볼빅사) in November 2006 to become BT&I Co., Ltd.[1][note 1]

In May 2012, it was acquired by S.M. Entertainment Co., Ltd. and later became S.M. Culture & Contents Co., Ltd. (Korean: ㈜에스엠컬처앤콘텐츠 Jusikhoesa Eseuem Keolcheo aen Kontencheu).

In August 2016, SM C&C has signed 10 musical theater actor/actress: veteran actors Kang Pil Suk, Kim Jae Bum, Lim Byung Geun, Sung Doo Sup, Park Jung Bok, Yoon Na Moo, and upcoming stars Yoon So Ho, Jung Ha Ru, Park Jin, and Kim Yeo Jin.[2]
