Rzędziny [ʐɛnˈd͡ʑinɨ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Dobra, within Police County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland, close to the German border.[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north-west of Dobra, 16 km (10 mi) west of Police, and 21 km (13 mi) north-west of the regional capital Szczecin.
The village was, for a time, the home of Elizabeth von Arnim, an author born in Sydney and brought up in England; her experiences were encapsulated in her first semi-autobiographical novel Elizabeth and Her German Garden (1898).[2]
