Ryan Atkins (born 7 October 1985) is an English professional rugby league footballer who plays for Warrington of Super League. An England international representative three-quarter, he previously played for Bradford Bulls and Wakefield Trinity Wildcats (Heritage № 1236).

Playing career

Atkins began his career with Bradford Bulls but failed to make a first-team appearance before joining Wakefield Trinity Wildcats midway through the 2006 season. His impressive form earned him a call-up and was named in the England training squad for the 2008 Rugby League World Cup.[3]

He signed for Warrington Wolves on a three-year deal in September 2009, following Richie Myler from Salford.

Atkins played for Warrington in the 2010 Challenge Cup Final and the 2012 Challenge Cup Final victories over Leeds.[4][5]
