Rosalind Louise "Ros" Spence (born 16 December 1970) is an Australian politician. She has been an Australian Labor Party member of the Victorian Legislative Assembly since November 2014, representing the electorate of Yuroke.[1] She has also served as Parliamentary Secretary for Public Transport since July 2016 and as Deputy Chair of the Electoral Matters Committee since August 2015, and previously served as Government Whip between December 2014 and August 2016.[2]

Spence is married to Victorian Labor assistant state secretary Kosmos Samaras. Prior to her election to state parliament, she was a councillor and former mayor of the City of Hume.[3]
