Ronald Keller
Ron Keller (born 27 March 1958)[1] is a Dutch diplomat,is Dutch ambassador to China and Mongolia, since December 2015.
Keller finished his studies in Economics at the University of Amsterdam in 1983. From 1988 to 2000 he worked for the Ministry of Finance. From 1991 till 1994 he served as the first Dutch Executive Director at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London. Keller worked at the Ministry of Finance of the Netherlands as Director Export Credit Insurance (1994-1997) and Director Foreign Financial Relations (1997-2000).[2]
Since 2000 he worked for the Dutch Foreign Ministry. Between 2000 and 2005 he served as Director General for International Cooperation. His first ambassadorship was from 2005 to 2009 as the Dutch ambassador to Ukraine (2005-2009). From October 2009 through August 2013 he was the Netherlands' ambassador to Russia. He presented his credentials to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev on 12 October 2009.[3] From 2013 to 2015 he was the Netherlands' ambassador to Turkey.[2]
