The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Delhi (Latin: Delhien(sis)) is a Latin rite Metropolitan archdiocese in northern India, yet depends on the missionary Roman Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples.

Its cathedral archiepiscopal see is Sacred Heart Cathedral, in the national capital city of New Delhi

History

It enjoyed Papal visits from Pope John Paul II in February 1986 and November 1999.

As per 2014, it pastorally served 115,300 Catholics (0.4% of 26,810,000 total) on 15,420 km² in 60 parishes and 4 missions with 301 priests (130 diocesan, 171 religious), 1,006 lay religious (391 brothers, 615 sisters) and 25 seminarians.
