Rokytno is a village near Sezemice in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic. It has a population of 748 (2004).

The place is first mentioned in written document in 1436. Its name is derived from willows (rokytí) growing in swampy areas. During the 18th century, the village, together with Chvojenec and Býšť, was center of persecuted religious sect of Deists (called blouznivci). The first school was built in 1794.
