"Rock Yo Hips" is the first single of the hip hop/crunk group Crime Mob's second studio album, Hated on Mostly. The song was released on August 29, 2006 as a digital download single on iTunes.

The music video directed by Dr. Teeth premiered on BET.com on November 7, 2006. The style of the video is inspired by Historically black colleges, such as Morehouse and Spelman, in Atlanta and featured African-American fraternities such as Phi Beta Sigma, Omega Psi Phi, Alpha Phi Alpha and Kappa Alpha Psi.

Remix

The official remix features Atlanta rappers Young Dro & Rasheeda and new verses from the group.
