Rock, Missouri

Rock is an unincorporated community in Vernon County, in the U.S. state of Missouri.^[1]

History

A post office called Rock was established in 1894, and remained in operation until 1904.^[2] The community was named for a limestone rock outcropping near the original town site.^[3]
