Delineation

Richmond Parish is defined in the Territorial Division Act[3] as being bounded:

North by the Meduxnakeag River and the South Branch Meduxnakeag River;[lower-alpha 1] easterly by Woodstock Parish; westerly by the International Boundary, and southerly by the county boundary.
