Revolutionary Socialist Party of India (Marxist) was a political party in Kerala, India. It was formed by the former Labour Minister of Kerala, Babu Divakaran in 2005. Divakaran broke away from the Revolutionary Socialist Party (Bolshevik) when the group around the RSP(B) general secretary AV Thamaraksan decided that RSP(B) would leave the United Democratic Front. United Trade Union Congress(M) was its trade union. Its secretary was Palluruthy Subair. In 2008 the party merged with the Samajwadi Party (SP).[2]
In 2011 Babu Divakaran quit Samajwadi Party and re-constituted RSP(M), and subsequently and merged his party with the Indian National Congress.
