Restore plc is an AIM British Relocation and documentation management company based in Redhill, Surrey, Since 2010 it has mainly expanded through acquisition, consolidating the markets in which it operates.

Acquisitions

In November 2015 Restore bought Wincanton Records Management (WRM) from Wincanton plc for £55.7 Million. [2]

In August 2016 Restore purchased PHS data solutions for £83.1m, PHS itself has acquired over 250 businesses since 1996.[3][4]

On 9 January 2017, Restore acquired the trade and assets of Reisswolf Wales, a secure shredding business based in Welshpool, Wales for £800,000[1]

On 23 January, Restore acquired ID Secured Limited, trading as Reisswolf London, a Bedfordshire-based secure shredding business for £400,000[1]

On 20 February, Restore acquired The ITAD Works Ltd, a Surrey-based IT recycling company for £1.9m [5][1]
