Regiment Paul Kruger [1] is a West Rand infantry unit named after former Zuid Afrikaanse Republik President, Paul Kruger, for whom nearby city of Krugersdorp is also named. Regiment Paul Kruger is a Motorised Infantry regiment of the South African Army. As a reserve unit, it has a status roughly equivalent to that of a British Army Reserve or United States Army National Guard unit.
