Randy Flagler (born 21 August 1968) is an actor. He is best known for his role as Capp on the American drama Chicago Fire (2012–present). During this time he has also worked with writer/director Derek Haas a fellow Baylor University alumnus.

Before appearing in Chicago Fire, Flagler has acted in films like Men of Honor (with Robert DeNiro and Cuba Gooding, Jr.) and shows like 24, Prison Break, and others.
