Ralph Kelsey Foster (May 11, 1884 – February 2, 1956) was an American football player and coach. He was the second head football coach for The Citadel Bulldogs located in Charleston, South Carolina and he held that position for three seasons, from 1906 until 1908. His career coaching record at The Citadel was 8–6–2.[3]

Foster died in 1956.[4][5]
