Cophixalus (rainforest frogs or nursery frogs) is a genus of microhylid frogs. These are arboreal species with expanded toe-pads, endemic to Moluccan Islands, New Guinea and northeastern Queensland, Australia.

Species

As of November 2013, Amphibian Species of the World assigns 61 species to Cophixalus.[1] Included in this list are also C. aimbensis and C. sisyphus which are discussed in IUCN Red List but not in Amphibian Species of the World, and the newly described C. petrophilus.
