Raheja Mindspace

Coordinates: 17°26′35″N 78°22′52″E / 17.443°N 78.381°E / 17.443; 78.381 Raheja Mindspace is an industrial park established in Hyderabad's HITEC City developed with about 110 acres of land allotted by APIIC.[1]

Controversy

There were allegations that Raheja group had caused a dilution of the Andhra Pradesh government stake in the Mindspace project. The stake was later restored to 11 per cent in accordance with the original memorandum of understanding.[2] Negotiations in 2011 between the Raheja group and APIIC (and the Andhra Pradesh government) seek to restore the state's share in the ownership and rental revenues from the project.[3][4][5] [6]
