Rafiath Rashid Mithila is a Bangladeshi singer, model, and actress.[3][4] Besides, she is currently a program manager, education at BRAC International.[5]

Early life and education

Mithila was a student of political science at the University of Dhaka.[6] She completed her masters in early childhood development from BRAC University with a Vice Chancellor's Gold Medal.[7][8] She took basic creative dance lessons under Gulam Mustafa of Benuka Dance School.[3] She was a student of the art school Nandan. Her some landscape oil paintings were displayed in Drik Gallery in a group exhibition.[3]

Career

In 2002, Mithila debuted her modeling career in 2002 by a ramp walk in Neelanjana Palli's fashion show.[3] She appeared in ads for the products of Meril, Bajaj, Close up and Aktel.[6] She was the model in the music video Moyna Go by the musician Habib Wahid.[3]

Mithila acted in the television serial "House Full", directed by Redoan Rony.[9]

Personal life

Mithila met Tahsan Rahman Khan, a musician, in 2004 and married on 6 August 2006.[6] Together they have daughter, Ayra Tehreem Khan (b. 2013). In July 2017, on a Facebook post, the couple announced their divorce.[10]
