Rafael Pérez (born 3 July 1946) is a Costa Rican long-distance runner. He competed in the marathon at the 1968 Summer Olympics. He finished seventh in the 10000 metres at the 1971 Pan American Games and fifth in the 10000 metres and eighth in the marathon at the 1975 Pan American Games.[1]
