Radha Krishna Kumar (born 2 August 1984) is an Indian film director and screenwriter who works primarily in Telugu cinema. He is best known for his directorial debut Jil (film)[1][2][3][4][5] produced by UV Creations. He worked as an assistant director under filmmaker Chandra Sekhar Yeleti for the films Anukokunda Oka Roju (2005),[6] Okkadunnadu (2007), Prayanam (2009 film),[7] Sahasam (2013 film)[8][9]

Early life

Radha Krishna Kumar is born to Ramani and Radha Krishnan. He studied in St. John's Parish School, Visakhapattanam. After finishing his studies he moved to Hyderabad in 2003 to pursue his dream as filmmaker.

Career

Radha Krishna Kumar Started his career as an assistant director to Chandra Sekhar Yeleti for films like Anukokunda Oka Roju (2005),Okkadunnadu (2007). He wrote screenplay, dialogues for films Prayanam (2009 film) and Sahasam (2013 film) for which he worked as 1st assistant director as well. He debuted as a director with the film Jil (film)[10][11][12] in the year 2014. He is currently working on a multilingual film with Prabhas as main lead, which is being produced by UV Creations and Gopi Krishna Movies .
