Qinzhou (Chinese: 秦州, Qínzhōu), formerly romanized as Tsinchow, is an administrative district in Gansu province, China. It is one of 17 districts of Gansu. It is part of and the prefecture seat of Tianshui City. It is named for its former position as the seat of the medieval Chinese province of Qinzhou.
Qinzhou has an area of 2,442 km2 (943 sq mi) and a population of 655,400.[1]
