Qamis

The term qamis (ﻘﻣﯾص),[1][2][3], known as kameez and qameez in the Indian subcontinent, refers to a long tunic[4] or gown[5] worn in many cultures. The word is of Arabic or Latin origin.[6][7]

It is a long top that can be of varying lengths. It can be worn with or without lower garments. It is similar to Arabian thawb.
