Ammomanes is a genus of lark in the Alaudidae family.
Taxonomy and systematics
Extant species
It contains the following extant species:[1]
- Desert lark (Ammomanes deserti)
- Bar-tailed lark (Ammomanes cinctura)
- Rufous-tailed lark (Ammomanes phoenicura)
Additionally, some authorities continue to place Gray's lark within the genus Ammomanes.[2]
