Pritam Kagne (Marathi: प्रीतम कागणे) (born 29 August 1988) is an Indian film actress who appears in Bollywood, South Indian films and Marathi movies. [1][2] Pritam Kagne recently appeared in India Today Magazine.[3]
Career
Kagne made her debut in acting with Malayalam Film Mr Bean[4] in (2013). She debuted in to Marathi films with Navra Maza Bhavra[5] in (2013) And she has also acted in upcoming feature Bollywood film 31st October [6] releasing in 2016.
She has also appeared in Marathi feature film Halal (2015) with director Shivaji Lotan Patil, Chinmay Mandlekar and Priyadarshan Jadhav, produced by Amol Kagne which was screened at the Cannes Film Festival and Goa Film Festival[7] Pune International Film Festival [8] and Godrej Film Festival [9]

Amol Kagne Films is a film production company founded by Laxman Kagne and Amol Kage in 2013. Under Amol Kagne Films' banner first film Halal was produced and directed by National Award Winner director Shivaji Lotan Patil. Amol Kagne Films got the best film award at 53rd Maharashtra state Film awards 2016.[10] Currently Amol Kagne Films is working on their 2 new films, Moksha & Azaan. [11] [12] He recently produced 2 Music album for Zee Music Company.

Halal
Halal is the first Marathi film produced by Amol Kagne under the Amol Kagne Films banner. The film deals with the theme of loyalty, love and the institution of marriage that is deemed to be pious by society. It is a story of human emotions, which depicts the trials and tribulations that women in our society have gone through. Halal (film) was screened at the Cannes and Goa Film Festivals.

Reception
Amol Kagne Films won Best debut Film Production award in 53rd Maharashtra State Film Awards. Halal screened at the Pune International Film Festival, the Yashvantrao Chavan International Film Festival and the Aurangabad International Film Festival.[24] [25]The film has received highly positive reviews from audience, critics & media.[26][27] Screenplay Writer Nishant Dhapse won "Best Marathi Screenplay Award" at Pune International Film Festival.[28] Halal film is to be screened at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival, scheduled between May 11 and 22, 2016.[29] Halal film also screened at Goa Film Festival, receiving overwhelming response.There were about 20 films screened during this film festival, including one Konkani film.[30] Halal film was screened at Godrej International Film Festival 2016 on 12 August 2016.[31] Halal now going to be screened at the 47th International Film Festival of India(IFFI).Which will be held during 20th to 28th november 2016 at Goa.[32] [33][34]

31st October (film) is an Indian Hindi-language film starring Soha Ali Khan, Vir Das, Daya Shankar Pandey, Pritam Kagne & Vineet Sharma, written and produced by Harry Sachdeva and directed by National Award Winner Shivaji Lotan Patil. [35] Amol Kagne is an Assistant Director for this film. The film, based on a true story, is the first Bollywood film to focus on the aftermath of Indira Gandhi's assassination, which occurred 31 October 1984. [36] [37] The film released on 7 October 2016.
