Prem Kumar is a leader of Bharatiya Janata Party in Bihar and a former state cabinet minister. He is a member of Bihar Legislative Assembly elected seven times from Gaya Town.
He has completed his PHD from Magadh University in 1999.[1]
Prem was elected the leader of the opposition in the Bihar assembly formed after assembly election in October, 2015.[2]
