4 liga (Czwarta Liga, Polish pronunciation: [ˈt͡ʂfarta ˈlʲiɡa]) lies at the 5th level of the Polish football league system. The clubs can be promoted from it to the 3 liga or relegated to the Liga Okręgowa. There are 21 parallel divisions of the 4th League, which has a regional character.
