Pochaiv (Ukrainian: Почаїв, also Pochayev, Russian: Почаев, Serbian: Почајев, Polish: Poczajów) is a town in the Ternopil Oblast (province) of western Ukraine. It is the located in the Kremenets Raion (district), and is located 18 km south-west of Kremenets and 70 km north of the oblast capital, Ternopil.
The current estimated population is around 8,200 (as of 2001).
The city is known for the Pochayiv Lavra, the second largest Eastern Orthodox monastery in Ukraine.
