The Pine Fire was a wildfire that burned in the Sespe Wilderness area of Ventura County.[1]
Events
The Pine Fire started June 30 at 8:54 AM about 11 miles (18 km) north of Ojai.[1] By July 2, the fire had burned 1,450 acres (5.9 km2) with 0% containment.[2][3] With 50 structures threatened and over 360 personnel assigned to the fire, there were no mandatory evacuation orders but multiple campgrounds in the area were under voluntary evacuations.[2]
