Pierce Boston is a 378-feet-tall tower located in the Fenway–Kenmore neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts (USA), at the corner of Boylston Street and Brookline Avenue. The 30-story building is currently under construction as a mixed-use development with condo, apartment, and retail components.
Originally proposed in 2013 as a 22-story residential tower called the Point,[1] the project was enlarged in 2015 to become a 30 story, $290 million project with 240 apartments, 109 condominiums, and retail space. The glass tower will be the tallest in the neighborhood.[2]
Pierce Boston is located across the street from the Landmark Center. It is the first Boston project for the Miami-based architecture firm Arquitectonica. The tower will be clad in glass and metal, but with paneling in a pattern intended to reflect the masonry buildings around it.[3]
