Physical Review Applied

Physical Review Applied is a peer-reviewed, scientific journal, published by the American Physical Society (APS). The Editor of Phys. Rev. Applied is Troy Shinbrot and it publishes around 250 papers on the subject of applied physics.^[1] It is part of the Physical Review family of journals.^[2]

The journal aims to publish articles, letters and reviews at the intersection of physics and engineering, which are often multidisciplinary or interdisciplinary. The papers are published online as and when they are accepted and become available. APS intends to expand its core group of journals with more interdisciplinary journals such as this one, along with the highly selective Physical Review X. As of 2016, the journal is indexed by Thomson Reuters and crossref.
