The Alagoas tyrannulet (Phylloscartes ceciliae) is a species of bird in the family Tyrannidae. It is endemic to the Atlantic Forest in eastern Brazil.
Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
