Philip Hufstader (born October 31, 1982 in Maple City, Michigan) is an American soccer player, currently without a club.
Career
Youth and College
Hufstader grew up in Londonderry, New Hampshire, and played college soccer at Principia College from 2001 to 2003.
Professional
Hufstader began his playing career in Brazil where he went on trial with several teams, playing for Mirassol before joining the Corinthians youth team.
He returned to the United States at the end of 2004, and signed with the Wilmington Hammerheads of the USL Second Division prior to the 2005 season. After two years out of the game, Hufstader returned to the Hammerheads to play in 2009.
Coaching
In addition to his playing career, Hufstader is the co-founder of Developmental Elite Coaching.[1]
