Peroneal
A peroneal anatomic structure (/pɛroʊˈniːəl/ or /pəˈroʊniəl/) is one that is in the lateral compartment of the leg. This medical adjective comes from the Greek word for a fibula, περόνη (perone). It is thus often synonymous with the Latin analogue fibular.
