Paulo Henrique Costa (born April 21, 1991), better known as Paulo Barrochinha, is a Brazilian mixed martial artist currently competing in the Middleweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship.[1]

Mixed martial arts career

Early career

Borrachinha made his professional MMA debut in his native Brazil in February 2012. Over the next five years, he amassed a record of 8-0 with 7 knockouts and 1 submission.[2]

Ultimate Fighting Championship

Borrachinha made his promotional debut on March 11, 2017 at UFC Fight Night 106 against Garreth McLellan.[3] He won the fight via TKO in the first round, earning his first Performance of the night, as well as his first win with the promotion. [4]

Borrachinha faced Oluwale Bamgbose on June 3, 2017 at UFC 212.[5] He won the via fight TKO in the second round.[6]

Borrachinha is expected to face Johny Hendricks on November 4, 2017 at UFC 217.[7]
