Patrick Thompson (Canadian artist b.1978 Ottawa, Ontario, Canada) works in made and found material. With his partner Alexa Hatanaka, they collaborate as PA System. Hatanaka and Thompson are founders of Embassy of Imagination (EOI), a multidisciplinary arts initiative for youth based in Cape Dorset( ᑭᙵᐃᑦ, Kinngait), Nunavut.[1][2]
PA System was named on a 2016 list of Canada's 16 greatest art collaborations by Canadian Art Magazine.[3]
