Patricia Jean "Patty" Van Wolvelaere (divorced Johnson; born April 15, 1950 in San Diego, California) is a retired female hurdler from the United States, who represented her native country at two consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 1968. Her best finish was the fourth place in the women's 80m hurdles at the 1968 Summer Olympics. She won the 100m hurdles event at the 1971 Pan American Games. She won the US National Championship in the hurdles four times, 1971, 1973-4 and 1977.[1] She won the National Indoor Championship in the 60 yard hurdles six times between 1967 and 1974, including four in a row 1971-74.[2]
