Pasadena Town Square
Pasadena Town Square is a regional shopping mall located in Pasadena, Texas Southeast of Houston, Texas, USA. When the mall opened in 1982, it originally featured Joske's, Foley's, and Palais Royal as its anchor stores.[1] Even at the time the mall was unusual in the Houston area due to the fact that it was one of only a few malls in the Houston area which were not located near a highway. [2] Joske's became Dillard's in 1987. Sears was added as a third anchor in 1998.[3]
In 2002, the mall was purchased from American General by a local developer.[4] Foley's converted to Macy's in 2006,[5] the same year that Dillard's closed.[6] The Macy's store closed on March 27, 2017.
