The Communist Party of Mexico (Spanish: Partido Comunista de México, PCM) is a communist party in Mexico. It should be not confused with the historic/old Mexican Communist Party, extinguished in 1981.

The party was originally named the Party of Mexican Communists (Partido de los Comunistas Mexicanos). It was renamed the Communist Party of Mexico in 2010.
