Paris is a hamlet belonging to the Lemvig Municipality, located in Jutland in Denmark. It has a population of 12 and there are eight or nine houses and residents hold a local festival once a year. The hamlet have also been visited by comedian Jan Gintberg who made fun of the inhabitants.[1] and is located at the road from Struer to Lemvig, 7.5 km away from the latter. It is not the only strangely named village in the area, a village south of Lemvig is called Rom[2] (named after Rome).
