Paragon Software Group (PSG) is a German software company that develops hard drive management tools, such as partition managers, boot managers, back up software and system duplication software.

The company was established by a group of MIPT students in 1994. A separate mobile division, called the Smart Handheld Device Division or SHDD, was formed in 1995.

It is headquartered in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany
