Pablo the Little Red Fox is a British-French animated series which ran from March 1999 to December 1999. The main characters were three fox cub siblings named Pablo, Pumpkin and Poppy, their parents, Rose and Red Fox, a dog named Baxter, a hedgehog named Helena, a cat named Finbar, a frog called Fromage, a seagull called Gil and an owl named Madam Owl. These characters were best friends.

The action was, unusually for such a programme, placed in an (unnamed) urban setting, featuring parks, rubbish tips, gardens and roads.

The graphic style of the cartoons was simple, with intense colours and pale outlines, reminiscent of silk paintings.

The theme music was composed by Rowland Lee, the lyrics were written by John Grace (who was a writer for the show), and was sung by Clewborough House School Camberley.

The show won a BAFTA in 2000 for best international children's program.

At one point, the shorts aired on Playhouse Disney as part of their Mini Movies interstitials. The shorts have also aired on Nickelodeon UK, Disney Channel, MBC 3, CBeebies, ZDF, MiniMini+, NRK, RTÉ, and La Cinquième. It also aired on ABC Television in Australia from 30 August 2000 to 14 May 2009. It aired briefly between early morning programs on the Armed Forces Network. It also airs on GMA Network in the Philippines.

A second series has been commissioned to air in 2018 on CBeebies and France 5 after a 19 year absence of no new series.
