PCSB Bank

PCSB Bank is a local bank in the US state of New York, established in 1871 as the Putnam County Savings Bank.[1] The bank adopted the PCSB name in 2015 after acquiring CMS Bancorp.[2] In late 2016, the bank announced plans to convert its structure from a mutual savings bank to a stock savings bank.[2] As of 2016, PCSB operated 15 branch offices and held assets worth $1.3 billion.[2]
