Pârscov (Romanian pronunciation: [ˈpɨrskov]) is a commune in Buzău County, Romania. It is composed of twelve villages: Bădila, Curcănești, Lunca Frumoasă, Oleșești, Pârjolești, Pârscov, Robești, Runcu, Târcov, Tocileni, Trestieni and Valea Purcarului.
Pârscov is the birthplace of the Romanian poet Vasile Voiculescu.
