Open Skies Consultative Commission

The Open Skies Consultative Commission is the implementing body for the Treaty on Open Skies.[1] It meets monthly at the Vienna headquarters of the Organization for Security and Co-Operation in Europe, and consists of representatives from each of the states that is a party to the treaty.
