OneTravel is an online travel agency that allows customers to book airfare, hotel rooms, rental cars, and vacation packages online, on its mobile apps, by telephone or live chat. It is operated by the umbrella company Fareportal, and is a sister site to their other online travel agencies, such as CheapOair. It focuses on providing a wider variety of travel agencies services than just air travel, putting more emphasis on things like vacation packages and hotels.[1][2][3][4]

OneTravel is rated poorly by ConsumerAffairs.com and has even been accused of changing booking details right before transactions are confirmed, but after billing information has been entered [5]
