At The Reel Factory, Olivier worked with major recording artists such as DMX, Jay-Z, Whitney Houston, Pink, Coldplay, Keane and Pearl Jam among others. Olivier then moved to VP Records which he led until late 2012. During his tenure, Olivier was instrumental in acquiring Greensleeves Records & Publishing in 2008[1] making VP Records, the largest Reggae label and music publisher in the world. As a publisher, Olivier worked on songs by the Black Eyed Peas, Damian Marley, Moby, 50 Cent, Jay-Z, Sean Paul, No Doubt, Chris Brown, Rihanna, Major Lazer, Bob Sinclar, Snoop Lion and DJ Khaled among others.

Following his departure from VP Records, Olivier was appointed Senior Senior Vice-President of INgrooves Music Group in charge of the company's corporate development and rights management division which he founded in 2013.[2] Olivier also worked closely with private equity company Shamrock Capital's Entertainment Intellectual Property fund on masters and music publishing acquisitions.

In 2017, Olivier founded Iconoclast, a company acquiring and managing IP for iconic entertainment artists, creators, and brands. He is also the owner of Decibel Collective, a music company with interests in music publishing (administered by Big Deal Music), record production (distributed by INgrooves) and recording studios. Most recently, Olivier partnered with the Skeeter family, the original owners of the legendary Sound City Studios to relaunch the famous recording studio as commercial facility.
