Ole Kristian Temte (born September 23, 1975) is a rallycross driver from Krokstadelva, Norway. Competing in the Rallycross Nordic Championship, the FIA World Rallycross Championship and European Rallycross Championship.[1]
2014 was his last year driving the Volvo S40 RX car. He won two races that year; one combination race in Hønefoss, and one club race. It was not until 2015 that he drove a Supercar for the first time. That very same year he participated in both Norwegian-, European- and World Championships.
Temte has signed up, and will be driving in the European Rallycross Championship 2017.[2]
History
KNA-Eiker introduced rallycross for Temte in 2008 by asking him to drive in a race. That was his first time driving a rallycross car, and that was what opened his eyes for racing.
Already in 2009, he bought his first rallycross car, a Volvo 240. Temte became a profile in the environment very fast, and he had a huge progression.
In 2010, he was in an accident and broke his wrist in the steering wheel during a race at Lyngås. The injury ruined not only that season and the next – but the doctors were unsure if he would ever be able to race again. The racing is his passion, and even though the doctors recommended that he quit, he could not give up. He trained his wrist and already in 2011, he was back behind the wheel again. In 2013, he bought himself a new car, a Volvo S40 which he became club champion with.
Winter 2014, he bought his first RX Supercar, a Citroën C4. He signed up for lots of races, in Norwegian-, European- and World Championship. Even though there were lots of trouble with the car, he managed to get many podiums. He won the only race that he participated in with his old car, and he even became double Club Champion for the second year in a row.

2015 was the first year that Temte drove a Supercar, and on his first year behind the wheel of a supercar he participated in Norwegian Championship, World Rallycross Championship and European Rallycross Championhsip.[1]
